Wrong frames ordered by manager Lewis had to make 4 visits not 2 asked about compensation for fuel/ parking charge told “ we do not compensate for our human error”. Told replacements glasses would be rushed through took 3+ weeks.

I found my service and the way I was received by the optometrist Mr Andrew Turner very helpful friendly and reassuring and very professional I have been going to him over the years and will continue to do so.
My after service by Demi who went out of her way to please and was very helpful with her advice helping me to choose my glasses and will ask to see her again. Ivan Dedman
Very kind, very efficient, clearly versed in putting patients at their ease and very honest - told me that my present reading glasses were perfectly OK and did not need updating.
I had an appointment for 10am; although I was expecting to wait I was dealt with immediately. The optician was very polite, friendly and thorough in throughout the initial tests. I was impressed by the professionalism and skill he demonstrated.
I was then moved to another area and the second optician dealt with the near and far sight issues. This was again handled with great proficiency and I was impressed that he remembered me from my last eye test.
I was totally satisfied with the whole procedure and the manner in which the Boots staff conducted themselves. Thank you!
